Commercial Construction Project Manager
Seeking a experienced Project Manager for commercial projects in the $2M - $30M range. Public works a plus!
Excellent organizational and negotiation skills.
Must have ability to use computer based project management and scheduling software.
Knowledge of Safety policies and procedures. Diplomatic approach to subcontractor relationships.
Agreeable demeanor and cooperative attitude for client relations.
Able to lead project teams to successful project delivery.
Public Hard Bid, Private Negotiated and Design-Build project work experience required.
